Brain Awareness Month is a global campaign to raise awareness of neurological conditions and bring to public attention the importance of brain research.
We worked with Alzheimers NZ to help promote Brain Awareness Month this year to encourage all of us to do everything we can to keep our brains healthy.
Each week during March Alzheimers NZ have provided suggestions/tips on how to improve your brain health, including:
- Looking after your heart
- Getting active
- Eating well
- Challenging your brain and staying connected.
We promoted the weekly tips and challenges across social media channels, and challenge you all to get involved too.
The web page received over 9,000 visits and 2,000 people completed the quiz!
