With the ongoing global drive for cleaner, energy-efficient cars, there are a number of reasons why hybrids are increasingly the go-to-choice for buyers, and Suzuki New Zealand has listened to this consumer demand.
New Zealand’s favourite small car just got a whole lot smarter – Suzuki New Zealand has just launched the Swift Hybrid; one of the most affordable and best-looking Hybrids available.
To help launch the new model into the market, we developed a multi-platform campaign including TV, Digital, Print and Out of home.
We started by developing the strategy and positioning of the car (“Switch On”), to produce all the assets including a full scale locally produced TVC, social videos, digital and print assets – all tailored to the Kiwi market.
With the help of a local production company, we planned our Swift Hybrid photo and video shoot here in Wellington. We carefully scouted out several different locations to fit the look and feel of the Swift Hybrid model positioning and campaign strategy, and over one very full and fun day captured a range of different content to get our New Zealand audience excited to see the stylish Hybrid on our local roads.
We also assisted Suzuki NZ to nationally launch the Swift Hybrid at their ‘Dealers event’ in Auckland in early July 2020, showcasing the model and getting their dealer network excited for the official public launch.
The model speaks for itself, with a 5-star safety rating, reductions in harmful gas emissions, self-charging, incredible fuel economy and all the usual fun and practicality of the already much loved Swift, it’s definitely the smart choice.
